The beast trail..or total barsteward as we came to call it, after yesterdays crap feeling unwell day we went to coed to tackle the beast.. cracking day on a super long course 40k (i think) started at 10 and manged to finsih by 2 which wasn't bad considering the climbs etc


climbs ...BAD

descents....Good


some really rocky technical descents and climbs come to think of it ..

A fantstatic day, with me feeling much better than yesterdays efforts first time to coed y brenin and i'll definatley go back..feeling knackered now but worth it
